Refund policy

We accept returns for any jewellery items that are damaged or faulty.

We DO NOT accept returns or refund for change of mind on earrings due to hygiene reasons so please choose carefully but let us know if you have an issue & we will attempt to resolve it for you..

We accept returns & refunds on necklaces or bracelets for change of mind but return shipping is at buyers expense

We guarantee all of our items for craftsmanship so if an item is faulty please contact us within 14 days of receiving it should you have any issues.

To start a return, due to a faulty item, change of mind, or any other issue you can contact us at paula@paulasherrasdesigns.com.au & we will advise you with instructions on how and where to send your package & to arrange an exchange or replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or earrings (unless faulty). 

Return shipping will be at the buyers expense unless item is faulty.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
